Who do I contact if I have a question or complaint?

If you have a question or complaint about an item in your order, we will be happy to deal with it. The best way to contact us is via the Contact formchat or by email at kundendienst@phonedepot.ch.

Powerpay, our partner for purchase on account, is exclusively responsible for credit assessment, invoicing and claims management.


Can I return my order?

Mistakes can happen - whether with us or with you. You ordered the wrong product, the item has a defect or you are simply not satisfied? If the product is still in its original condition, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Please fill out this form.


How long can I return my order?

At phonedepot you benefit from a 30-day right of return from the delivery of the order.


How much does the return cost?

The cost of the return varies depending on the size and weight of the letter or parcel. You pay for the return shipment yourself. An overview of the postage costs for letters and parcels depending on size and weight, including a price calculator, can be found on the Swiss Post website.


Why is 5.- deducted from the refund for my return?

In our opinion, we do not like the "policy" that some large online retailers in Switzerland have established that everything can always be returned free of charge. This is because it makes no sense ecologically or economically, as packages are sent back and forth and products often cannot be reused and therefore have to be disposed of. In order to distribute at least a small part of the expenses, we allow ourselves to charge this contribution of 5.- (for e.g. postage costs and costs for packaging material and staff, which we have incurred). We hope to be able to make at least a small contribution in this way to encourage people to make more conscious purchases.

Of course, we do not charge this contribution to expenses if there was an error on our side (e.g. defective product, warranty case or similar).
