Does phonedepot only offer original Apple spare parts?

Original spare parts for iPhones and iPads are only available from Apple itself and from Apple Authorised Service Providers. Unfortunately, no parts from Apple itself are available in "free trade" and thus also at phonedepot. However, we can guarantee through reliable partners that all spare parts are of top quality and do not have to hide from the original. Every spare part is thoroughly tested before dispatch, which guarantees you a high quality standard. If a product does not meet your requirements, you can return it within 30 days.

Why is my new battery discharging so quickly?

When the battery arrives, it is not 100% charged. Therefore, fully charge the battery before using it to prevent rapid discharge. Only charge the device with the built-in battery again when the battery is fully discharged. Repeat this procedure 2 to 4 times. After that, you can continue to use the battery as normal.


Do I have a guarantee with phonedepot products?

Phonedepot warrants the product to be free from defects for a period of 2 years from the date of delivery, subject to the following limitations. In case of non-compliance with any operating or maintenance instructions, as well as in case of any installation or modification of the product, any warranty is void. This also applies if the defect is due to improper use, storage or handling of the product. A warranty for normal wear and tear of the product as well as for consumables and accessories such as batteries, displays, small parts, etc. is excluded in any case. If you carry out repair work yourself or have such work carried out by third parties, you also forfeit your warranty claims.

Why doesn't my new replacement battery last as long as the battery that was initially installed in the phone?

This is usually due to the age and software of the mobile phone. We therefore recommend the batteries with increased capacity, which are even stronger than the original batteries and can therefore partly compensate for the age and the software of the mobile phone.
