In the case of a defective product, we require a photo or video of the defect for checking and reporting to the manufacturer. The photo or video recording must clearly show the defect. An ordinary product photo is not sufficient and unfortunately cannot be accepted. As an example, a defective charging cable should be shown in a video that this does not charge your device although it is plugged in. Merely a photo of the cable itself is not sufficient.
