Are there any additional costs for my order?

The price incl. VAT displayed with the item is the actual price to be paid. In addition, shipping costs may be incurred for the order depending on the shipping method (A-Post Plus). Normal A-Post shipping is free of charge. The actual shipping costs will be displayed before the order is completed. Other additional costs such as credit card fees and the like do not apply in our shop.


I paid for my order at the post office counter, when will I receive my goods?

For payments at the post office counter, it can take up to 3 working days until we receive the money from the post office. Immediately after we receive the money, we will send the goods to you. Therefore, you can expect a waiting time of up to 4 working days from the time of payment until you can actually hold your goods in your hands. If you want to speed up the process, send us the stamped deposit slip by email to: kundendienst@phonedepot.ch immediately after you have made your deposit at the post office counter, and we will be able to dispatch the goods straight away.


Which VAT is shown on the order/invoice?

We show the statutory value added tax of 7.7% on all orders/invoices.


Can I have an invoice with my company's name on it?

That's no problem, just enter the company name in the checkout as part of your order process. It will then be shown on the invoice. Please note that we cannot subsequently adjust a created invoice.


I tried to pay by credit card but it was declined. What can I do?

There can be several reasons for this, which unfortunately are not always given to us by the credit card company. Alternatively, try to complete your payment with a credit card via Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account for this and enter your data there as usual. If this does not work either, please contact your credit card company or use another payment method such as Paypal, Postfinance Card, e-finance, purchase on account, Twint or prepayment.


What payment methods do I have to choose from?

You can pay easily and securely by credit card (Visa, Mastercard), prepayment, PostFinance Card, PostFinance E-Finance, invoice (Powerpay), Twint, Apple Pay or Google Pay.


What are the conditions for payment in advance?

If you pay in advance (bank transfer), you have 7 days to transfer the amount. After that, your order will be cancelled automatically. From the moment the payment is received, the normal delivery times apply as indicated on the product.


What are the conditions for payment by invoice?

After a successful address and credit check by our partner Powerpay, you can quickly and easily complete your order with payment by invoice. The payment period is 14 days and there is a maximum purchase limit of CHF 1,000 per customer. What are the conditions for payment by credit card, PostFinance, PayPal and Twint?

With these payment options, the amount is debited immediately. There are no additional costs or fees for you.

Why am I addressed as "Du" at phonedepot.ch?

We are a young team at phonedepot.ch and are very informal and collegial. We would like to live this personal (and in our opinion contemporary) culture not only internally, but also externally. This means that we want to talk to our customers at eye level and in a polite and collegial manner. In other words, the "Du" form of address is in no way to be understood as impolite, derogatory or the like, but rather as open, friendly and collegial.
